Recording: Participants understand that virtual meetings may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes. Participants agree to not record or distribute any portion of these virtual meetings without express written consent from the appropriate parties.
Proprietary Rights: Participants understand that all proprietary rights, including but not limited to patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights, are the property of Microsoft and its affiliates. Participants agree not to use any proprietary information or materials discussed during these virtual meetings for their own benefit or the benefit of others without express written consent from Microsoft.
Limitation of Liability: Microsoft is not responsible for any damages, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, arising from or related to the use of Microsoft Teams for virtual meetings.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from or related to these virtual meetings will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Governing Law: This legal disclosure shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri in St. Louis County, without giving effect to any choice of law principles.
Entire Agreement: This legal disclosure constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this legal disclosure.
Amendment: This legal disclosure may be amended or modified only by written agreement signed by both parties.
By participating in virtual meetings using Microsoft Teams, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this legal disclosure.
